The Friendship Circle Philadelphia Region South

The Philly Friendship Circle connects teens and young adults to youth with special needs and their families through a full range of social offerings. 

Together, they enjoy mutually rewarding experiences such as one-on-one weekly play dates, Jewish holiday celebrations and creative arts group activities.

Inspired by the power of genuine friendship, our youth cultivate understanding, kindness and responsibility, while ensuring a caring and inclusive community.

Simply put, The Friendship Circe is all about empowering youth to change the world - one friendship at a time. Through these friendships:

• Youth with special needs look forward to weekly visits, going to Sunday Circle and much more— and discover what friendship can bring. 
• Families of children with special needs enjoy a respite and the pleasure of watching their children being welcomed by our community.
• Teenage volunteers learn the value of giving and experience the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in a child's life.
