To bridge the gap between affordable housing and housing that is actually affordable for people in the workforce earning wages above the typical cutoff line for housing assistance. We aim to create affordable rental solutions for the workforce, while making a small percentage of units available to lower-income veterans, seniors and disabled persons who are assisted by government programs.
Our vision: financially attainable and welcoming rental spaces in safe neighborhoods that people will be proud to call home.
