Access Community Health Center serves the acute and chronic health care needs of all community members.
Our Mission Access Community Health Center is committed to providing comprehensive, culturally competent, quality health care to everyone, including NYC’s most vulnerable people, regardless of ability to pay.
Fee Policies Most insurances accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Debit and credit card payments are accepted (Visa or Mastercard). Fees are based on a sliding fee schedule, depending upon income, ability to pay and family size, for those without insurance.
ACCESS Community Health Center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n)
