Side by Side is dedicated to creating supportive communities where Virginia's LGBTQ+ youth can define themselves, belong, and flourish. For over 25 years, Side by Side (formerly ROSMY) has served as a lifeline to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth and their families in Central VA through support groups, mental health counseling, and additional support services.
