We are a community-founded organization with a legacy of serving diverse individuals and families in the greater York area and beyond. Since our founding in 1931 in York City to meet the social and educational needs of African Americans who would not be served elsewhere, we have expanded our wholistic programs to help all people learn, work, and thrive.

We assist those we serve in finding their inner strength and discovering their inherent purpose. We empower and equip them to seek the unlimited possibilities their future holds. Together, we give rise to possible.
