BPSOS-Delaware Valley was established in 2001 to serve the Vietnamese immigrant and refugee community of the Delaware Valley region. With offices in both Philadelphia and Pennsauken, we serve the nearly 15,000 Vietnamese who reside in the region. The Vietnamese community is one of the fastest growing ethnic communities in the area and BPSOS-Delaware Valley continues to offer new and on-going services to meet the complex needs of our community.
