There’s an alarming rate of one nurse per 16,000 patients in the Kaffrine region. Furthermore, an alarming 68% of families do not have access to a health clinic within reach. The Foundation for a Healthier Senegal (FOHSEN) believes access to health services is a fundamental human right.
