Crossroads of Western Iowa

Crossroads of Western Iowa is a non-profit organization devoted to supporting adults in our community who, for various reasons, are unable to live completely on their own.

For over 40 years, Crossroads has been devoted to empowering individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, chronic mental illness and brain injuries to reach their full potential at home, at work and in their communities.

We offer a variety of programs and services supporting our mission of empowering individuals to actively seek out opportunities for an enhanced quality of life.
