Neighborhood Services of the Inland Empire

Neighborhood Services of the Inland Empire (NHSIE) is an affiliate of NeighborWorks® America which was established by Congress in 1978 to increase the capacity of local community-based housing organizations like NHSIE to revitalize their communities, primarily by expanding and improving housing opportunities. Founded in 1981 by three WWII veterans who wanted to make homeownership available to African-Americans in San Bernardino, NHSIE has grown to become a comprehensive not-for-profit community-based housing organization serving residents throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties
