Cross Mentoring Initiative

The Cross Mentoring Initiative (CMI) is a multi-year, capacity building project for small and medium-sized nonprofit organizations with operating budgets that often preclude the services of experienced consultants. Technical assistance and ongoing counsel are provided in the areas of fundraising, board development, branding, communications, strategic planning, back-office support and executive leadership transitions. Interested organizations must apply online and be accepted into the Initiative.
