Village Synergy

Our mission is to empower marginalized communities in Uganda through sustainable development, advocacy, and capacity building. We focus on improving livelihoods, promoting gender equity, advancing climate and land justice, and enhancing access to health, education, and economic opportunities.

Village Synergy Uganda is a national nonprofit organization established in 2015, working across Lango, Acholi, Karamoja, West Nile, and Teso sub-regions. We engage communities through participatory programs in agriculture, water and land management, climate resilience, vocational skills training, and public health. Our core values include inclusivity, empowerment, transparency, and collaboration. We serve rural and underserved populations, with particular attention to women, youth, and other vulnerable groups.
