Who are we?

Special Olympics Northern California's(SONC) vision is an inclusive world for all, driven by the power of sport through which people with intellectual disabilities (ID) live active, healthy, and fulfilling lives. By providing high quality sports opportunities, improving health outcomes, and providing leadership training, we create opportunities for people with and without ID to interact through and beyond sports, resulting in more inclusive communities, and inspiring others to open their hearts and minds to people with intellectual disabilities.
