The Long Island Center for Independent Living, Inc. (LICIL) is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization that strives to eliminate barriers and change attitudes so that people with disabilities may fully participate in and contribute to our world. Serving people with disabilities of all ages and across the entire spectrum of disabilities, LICIL offers a broad range of direct services and actively advocates for public policy that promotes economic, social and civic access and opportunity for persons with disabilities.
