Inequality Media produces and distributes original film and video content to educate and mobilize the public about issues related to economic inequality and imbalance of power. Our ultimate vision is a United States where active participation by informed citizens restores the balance of power in our Democracy and creates an economy where gains are widely shared.
Co-founded by Robert Reich, professor, author and former Secretary of Labor, and Emmy-award winning filmmaker, Jacob Kornbluth, Inequality Media builds on the content and energy generated by the Sundance award-winning documentary film, Inequality for All.
Inequality Media videos have been viewed over 290 million times. With nearly 3 million social media followers across Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, we have an average weekly reach of over 16 million and an average weekly engagement of over 1 million.
