Hispanic Apostolate Community Services (HACS), in collaboration with the Office of Catholic Schools and Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans (CCANO), offers various social services to the Hispanic population of the New Orleans Metropolitan Area. Services include free legal consultation regarding immigration, workers’ rights, and employment assistance.
