Navigator Schools is a Charter Management Organization that operates two high performing K-8 schools in the South Bay Area in California. Navigator is committed to closing the achievement gap through highly effective, student focused teaching methods, and boasts some of the top test scores in the state of California. Navigator offers teachers an innovative, passionate, and collaborative work environment with the promise of making a meaningful impact on the lives of hundreds of underserved students.
