Misión
Open Circle Adult Day Services enhances the lives our members by providing a structured program day filled with purpose, social connection and continued learning. As a day program, we are open Monday-Fridays 9:30-3:30.
Acerca de
Open Circle Adult Day Centers serve older adults with chronic illness, such as Dementia, who strive to continue living independently as possible within their own homes and communities. Our programs offer our members engaging daily activities, social services and nursing care while providing their caregivers with much needed respite. For many of our members, Open Circle is the most effecive alrternative to a difficult move to long term care.
