EIRIS is a global Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) research consulting firm which conducts research on more than 2,800 corporations world-wide. We conduct research on more than 60 different issue areas to do with social, environmental and governance performance as well as capturing information on areas of specific ethical concern - military involvement, animal testing, genetically modified organisms etc. We work with a number of fund managers who manage socially responsible, or ethical funds in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. EIRIS is an independent not-for-profit organisation based in London, UK with a second, smaller office based in Boston.
