E4C is a collaborative agency working to empower people and communities. We believe in individual worth, dignity and involvement in decision-making. Our services are person-centred, accepting people at their starting point and working in partnership with them. In addition to agency-delivered programs we also coordinate programs on behalf of other agencies, coalitions and/or the community at large.
