Family Houston builds stronger families by teaching the life skills necessary to face financial, health, relationship and other critical challenges. Whether it's mental health counseling, financial coaching or enrolling a veteran for benefits, our programs and services help strengthen families - leading to a healthier, more stable community.

At Family Houston, we help children and families overcome crises, conquer obstacles and build better futures through case management, employment services, financial education, mental health counseling, substance abuse prevention, parenting and marriage education, and veterans’ services. We serve children and families where they are: in area schools, community clinics, apartment complexes, homes and community centers. As a leader of Houston’s social service network since 1904, we have established a reputation for quality, comprehensive services. Each day we are committed to our vision of creating a stronger community tomorrow by helping individuals and families find the strength to meet the challenges they face today.
