Addiction is Real exists to bring hope to communities by connecting parents, caregivers, and local leaders with the tools and lived experiences they need to prevent youth substance use. Through honest conversations, real stories, and practical resources, we empower adults to break the silence, confront stigma, and guide children - especially those at higher risk due to family history - toward healthy, resilient lives. Vision Statement We envision a world where every child is surrounded by a community of informed, compassionate adults—where addiction is understood, not hidden, and hope is stronger than fear.
