Soroptimist International of Nassau County [SINC] is a women’s service club. Our members are business and executive women who want to join with other professional women and are committed to improving the lives of women and children in our community, our country, and around the world.
We hold monthly meetings, typically on the third Tuesday of the month, featuring educational and informative programs. We organize fundraisers to support various service projects chosen by the members. We do several hands-on projects and also donate money to local and international projects that share our vision. We recognize exceptional women and girls with awards and monetary grants to help them continue their work.
Founded in 1952, SINC is part of Soroptimist International, with nearly 100,000 members in more than 120 countries.
