AUTH Mentorship

AUTH Mentorship is a nonprofit supporting girls ages 12–18 through confidence building, leadership, life skills, and real-world exposure.

We provide career readiness exposure as well.

AUTH Mentorship is a community-based program serving girls ages 12–18 in the Greater Hartford area. Our focus is building confident, self-aware, and prepared young women through consistent mentorship, real-life exposure, and hands-on experiences.

Our program includes weekly sessions, workshops, and group discussions focused on:

• Confidence and self-worth
• Communication and leadership
• Decision-making and goal setting
• Healthy relationships and boundaries
• Financial literacy and career readiness

In addition to mentorship, we provide opportunities such as college tours, guest speakers, community service, and career exposure to help girls see what’s possible beyond their current environment.

We are a growing organization looking for reliable, consistent volunteers who genuinely want to make an impact. Our work is hands-on, relationship-driven, and centered around showing up for the girls in real time.

Volunteers play a key role in helping us create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where each girl feels seen, heard, and valued.
