At the Depression Connection for Recovery, we provide a place and a process where change and recovery is possible. We present the opportunity for individuals to improve their health and wellness, live a self directed life, and strive to reach their full potential. Our help begins in providing the skills and tools needed to re-connect or regain the fullness, sense and purpose in living, that depression has taken away.
