Founder and Executive Director of the Connection Edu-Tainment, Venus Banks is an award winning leader with a reputation for successfully “connecting and empowering” individuals, families and urban communities.
Connection Edu-Tainment provides an inter-generational approach to culturally-centered, conscious entertainment for within public institutions. Connection Edu-Tainment promotes awareness of critical socio-economic issues as it serves as a catalyst for the balance of power and influence in resilient, sustainable, and healthy of urban communities.

The Mission Empowerment Initiative is a strategic community-based initiative open to dedicated to local and international change agents in nonprofit, philanthropic and public sectors, that advocates for the revitalization of urban communities.
