Outreach, Inc. is a faith-based non-profit. It is our mission to equip and empower homeless teens and young adults (ages 14 to 24) to exit street life. We provide wraparound services and programming to at-risk and homeless young people with a focus on holistic health (mental, physical, spiritual), education, and life skills.
