The West End Community Foundation (WECF) seeks to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of the City of Durham, particularly residents of the West End (Southwest Central Durham area). WECF operates the Community Family Life Center at Lyon Park (CFLRC). The CFLRC offers an on-site health clinic, afterschool and tutoring programs, a gymnasium, computer labs, summer camps and mature adult programs.
