The Whitesbog Preservation Trust is a non-profit organization created in 1982 by a group of New Jersey citizens to preserve Whitesbog, formerly a working blueberry and cranberry plantation, and birthplace of the cultivated high bush blueberry. The Trust leases Whitesbog from the State of New Jersey in an innovative partnership agreement.
