The SE CT Community Center of the Blind is the only non-profit organization in CT that serves the Blind and Visually Impaired population of southeastern CT. Our mission is to serve the social, recreational, educational, referral, and advocacy needs of the blind and visually impaired population and assist them in attaining and maintaining an independent lifestyle. We have been in New London, CT for the past 50 years.
