Bringing Justice Home is a Louisville nonprofit that fosters the health and well-being of all Louisvillians, prioritizing the needs and gifts of those marginalized by disability or health status, and engages the community in the work of justice.

Bringing Justice Home is a grassroots, all-volunteer organization committed to building community and fostering health equity in Louisville. We believe that true change happens through intentional relationships and small acts of service that add up to a more just and joyful world. Our mission is to practice a new way of living together, one rooted in shared resources, shared outcomes, and shared dreams.

We are a community of Connection Weavers and Neighborhood Builders who work together to support and empower our neighbors who are navigating disability or chronic health conditions. We believe in meeting people right where they are, offering a model of care that prioritizes dignity, belonging, and partnership.

Our work is built on four core pillars:

• Nourishing Neighbors: We provide consistent, reliable home deliveries of nutritious groceries and fresh produce, ensuring no one in our community faces food insecurity or skipped meals.
• Building Belonging: We foster authentic relationships between our volunteers and the people we serve, creating a network of support that combats social isolation.
• Opening Opportunity: We connect individuals to resources and opportunities that support their health, independence, and overall well-being.
• Engaging the Community: We invite the broader Louisville community to participate in our mission, offering everyone a chance to be a part of a more just and connected future.
