Recreation Plus

Recreation Plus is a non-profit organization that provides low to no cost instruction to students of all ages. Our goal is to support learning and growth by providing an easily accessible structure through which schools and community centers can offer productive options to various populations. Recreation Plus works with school districts to offer enrichment opportunities during after-school hours. We work hard to keep our offerings diverse and exciting, while maintaining the highest standard of excellence in the classroom or on the field. Our main focus lies in providing opportunities for young people during after school hours, as this is a critical time when many youths become engaged in activities that are unproductive and occasionally harmful, such as shoplifting, vandalism, unsafe sexual experimentation, and fighting. Structured activity, however, can turn this time of high risk into a time of opportunity for growth and learning.
