UNC is dedicated to assessing and meeting the needs of low-income families, youth and senior citizens, and providing people with the tools needed to integrate into the community and attain self-sufficiency. Crisis intervention, direct aid and general advocacy services are available to those most in need through a network of neighborhood centers.
