Ezio Community Development Services, Inc. was established in 2017 and we create thriving neighborhoods by building or renovating homes, generating jobs and connecting neighbors to create improved communities. We believe everyone deserves a safe place to live within a neighborhood that is thriving.

Our country is experiencing an affordable housing crisis. We want to do our small part by offering low to moderate-income families affordable housing.

Ezio Community Development Services, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and serves neighborhoods in Joliet and Will County. One of our mottos is, "housing is a necessity and homeownership is a dream"!
