Approximately 35% of our work is with mission-driven non-profit organizations, where we are both a time-saving and cost-effective resource. Saving our clients valuable time is achieved by thoroughly screening candidates, which we have an unmatched ability, considering we have performed these finance roles ourselves.
Our first permanent placement fee is 10%, 15% thereafter and we never ask for 20%. We also provide temporary employees to cover leaves of absences, handle projects, interim while a position is vacant, etc. Please note that our candidates are at all levels within Accounting & Finance, from Accounts Payable & Receivable, through Controllers, VPs of Finance and CFOs.
