Symbiotic is a non-profit organization that aims to rebuild the global food system to help stop disease, global supply issues, and hunger. We believe that food systems hold the key to ending world hunger and disease. We are committed to transforming the global food system and starting the wave of change in how we grow and distribute food.

Symbiotic is rooted in a symbiotic approach that recognizes the importance of the relationship between food systems and the environment. Food systems are responsible for 70% of the water extracted from nature, cause 60% of biodiversity loss, and generate up to a third of human greenhouse gas emissions. Symbiotic aims to reduce the impact of food systems on the environment while ensuring that everyone has access to healthy and nutritious food.
