Founded by a Fulbright Scholar and interdisciplinary policy researcher, Dr. Letisha Malcolm, The Collaborative offers strategic programming that merges research, mentorship, and cultural diplomacy. Our initiatives include leadership institutes for emerging professionals, the Youth Arise Young Leaders program for high school students interested in civic leadership and foreign affairs, and global education and cultural exchange programs. We also support economic development through programs designed to build capacity in marginalized communities and contribute to sustainable growth across the African continent and diaspora. Through this work, we are building a new generation of globally minded changemakers prepared to lead with purpose, equity, and impact.
