The Collaborative for Leadership, Policy, Advocacy & Global Exchange (“The Collaborative”) is a growing nonprofit initiative dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders and strengthening the diplomatic, strategic, and governance capacities of individuals, communities, institutions, and nations.

Through a collaborative approach that bridges political, economic, social, regional, and cultural spheres, The Collaborative advances leadership development, governance, and policy research, actionable advocacy, and global exchange. Our work supports the Sustainable Development Goals, drives economic growth, builds strategic partnerships, broadens perspectives, and promotes international cooperation.

The Collaborative was founded by Dr. Letisha Malcolm, an educator, policy advisor, and global affairs professional with over 15 years of experience spanning education, diplomacy, social policy, and international research. Dr. Malcolm’s academic and professional work is rooted in a deep commitment to bridging historical legacies and modern policy solutions to advance social, economic, and political inclusion worldwide.
