OCLA empowers homeless and struggling youth, families and adults to locate the services they need to build a life out of poverty. OCLA's pioneering marriage of technology to community resources, address the most pressing social justice issues of our time, homelessness and food insecurity. OCLA's free easy to use WIN WHAT I NEED mobile app, and 2019 Directory of Services for LA'S Homeless Youth and Adults meet users where they are and offer easy access to free helpful resources near them. WIN: What I Need is available in the Googleplay and iTunes store, and the 2019 Directory is available for use on OCLA's website. Print versions of the Directory are available in local libraries. OCLA's website offers news, a research library, community connections and hosts the web versions of both the WIN app and the viewable pdf of the Directory.
