The iGIANT (impact of Gender/Sex on Innovation and Novel Technologies) program, designed at the White House, consists of a series of national roundtables, summits, prizes and scholars to accelerate the translation of research into gender/sex-specific design elements such a program, product, policy or protocol. Stakeholders from industry, academia, government and advocacy organizations from the health, IT, transportation and retail sectors are involved. The iGIANT program will improve work performance and the safety and quality of life for men and women.
