Our Mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that change a child's life for the better, forever.
We hold ourselves accountable for each child we mentor achieving:
- higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships,
- avoidance of risky behaviors, and
- educational success.
Acerca de
We are a 1-to-1 mentoring program. We recruit, screen, match and supervise adults who become friends, role models, and mentors to at-risk children in San Juan County (serving Aztec, Bloomfield, Farmington, Kirtland, Nenahnezad, Newcomb, and Shiprock). Children and families are also screened to determine whether this program is appropriate for them.
