Urban Harvest

To improve quality of life in the Houston metropolitan area by teaching individuals and groups how to grow fruits and vegetables using organic methods. The goals of this instruction are to improve the quality of education in our schools, reduce hunger through donation garden projects, encourage the use of gardens as therapeutic environments for the disabled and others in need, strengthen communitites through group participation in community gardens, and provide supplemental income for low-income residents through the sale of produce they have grown.
