At Rafiki Initiative Organization and our partner projects such as Gilys daycare, our mission is to create opportunities for vulnerable children and youth in Tanzania through education, healthcare, and empowerment programs. We strive to build a future where every child and young person—regardless of their background—has access to safety, learning, and a supportive environment to thrive.

Through our schools, daycare center, vocational training, and community outreach programs, we are committed to transforming lives and breaking the cycle of poverty—one child, one family, and one community at a time.

We serve vulnerable children, orphans, youth from low-income families, and communities in need. Through our different projects—such as Gilys Daycare, vocational Training , and community outreach—we provide free education, vocational training, food, safe shelter, early childhood care, and emotional support.

Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty by equipping individuals with the tools they need to become self-reliant, confident, and productive members of society.
