The Rio Grande Community Development Corporation (RGCDC) has a vision to build stronger, healthier communities by being a trusted and accessible community hub. RGCDC's approach is to connect purpose with action to collectively build stronger and healthier communities and achieve its vision. The organization lives by its motto: "Purpose, meet doing."

The Rio Grande Community Development Corporation(RGCDC) is a non-profit organization established in 1986 that focuses on building stronger, healthier communities in New Mexico, particularly in the South Valley area of Albuquerque. Through a wide range of programs and initiatives, RGCDC collaborates with over 50 organizations to build an accessible, sustainable, and thriving food system in New Mexico. We believe that achieving this goal will foster sustainable communities, promote social justice, and address the unique challenges faced by underinvested individuals and families in the region.
