CHEYANNA'S CHAMPIONS 4 CHILDREN

Each child is placed on a high school "Dream Team." The team welcomes the child as an honorary member of their team, providing fun experiences for the child.

​Each CC4C family has funding available to them through CC4C’s Financial Assistance Program. This program helps cover medical expenses not covered by insurance.

Each CC4C family has the opportunity to participate in our Mental Health and Wellness Program. CC4C serves not only the rare child, but also their entire family.
