The Friends of the South Orange Public Library is a nonprofit group of volunteers devoted to enhancing the services and activities of the library. The goals of FOSOPL are : To strengthen the relationship of the South Orange Public Library with the general public, schools and business community. • To increase community awareness of the Library through its activities and programming • To generate awareness in the Library’s educational, informational, and cultural mission. To encourage participation in cultural and educational events that represent our diverse community.
