The Health Cares Exchange Initiative, Inc. (HCEI) works toward continued education and burnout prevention for caregivers. Our mission is to create supportive networks for AIDS caregivers and other caregivers in diversely affected geographic areas, and then foster information and personnel exchanges between them. Our goals are to enhance community-based care for persons with AIDS and other issues, to encourage collaborations, and to educate caregivers about burnout prevention.
