Michigan Abolitionist Project (MAP) makes a difference in communities across Michigan by using what we have, our gifts, talents, and skills, to address the root causes of slavery (human trafficking). We want to protect our communities and are working to prevent human trafficking and transform the culture that causes slavery (human trafficking) to exist and thrive. Since 2012 MAP has been proactive in education and prevention efforts. MAP presents to dozens of organizations each year and have been a catalyst for collaboration among advocates and stakeholders addressing human trafficking in Michigan.
