Our Lady of Peace provides care to adults with any terminal illness. We are also open to patients of all faiths and walks of life; all are welcome here.
Our dedicated care teams work closely with patients and their families to develop an individualized care plan that suits their needs. Because coordination of services is so important, each care team consists of a physician, nurse, social worker, pastoral care director, bereavement services, and pharmacist. Bringing these resources together under one roof increases communication, reduces response time, and keeps patients and families involved in care decisions.
