The Joy Culture Foundation is a Chinese Cultural Nonprofit Library and Resource Center in the Heart of the Peninsula for Children Aged 6 Months to 12 Years. Our mission statement is to provide a place where family and children can strengthen their bond one another by immersing them in Chinese Culture and Chinese literacy.
