The River Project

The River Project, founded in 1986, operates a marine biology field station at Pier 26, Manhattan, in New York City. This non-profit, 501(c)(3) environmental science organization conducts research and hands-on education programs in urban ecology to contribute to understanding of the Hudson River ecosystem.
